For reasons beyond the control of the organisers, repeat of the Winners' Gala Concert at the Cracow Opera House will not take place. Accordingly, the Organiser of the 16th Ada Sari International Vocal Artistry Competition changes the Rules as following:

1. The date of the 16th Ada Sari International Vocal Artistry Competition is changed and it will be held on 9-16 May 2015

2. Section I of the Rules is replaced by the following:

"I. The Competition is held as part of THE ADA SARI VOCAL ARTISTRY FESTIVAL, and is organised by SOKÓŁ Małopolska Culture Centre in Nowy Sącz (MCK SOKÓŁ).

The Competition, which is open to the public, consists of 3 following stages:
Competition's offical opening and draw to determine participants' order of performance 7.30 p.m., 9 May 2015

Stage I 10-11 May 2015
Stage II 12-13 May 2015
Rehearsal with orchestra for finalists 14 May 2015
Stage III 15 May 2015

Awards ceremony and Winners Gala Concert 16 May 2015"

3. Section VI of the Rules is replaced by the following:

VI. PRIZE WINNERS – THE WINNERS GALA CONCERT

1. All the prize winners agree to participate in the Winners Gala Concert – in Nowy Sącz on 16th May, 2015 – without the right to any fee. Any absence from The Winners Gala Concert will be considered as the participant's/prize winner's resignation from receiving the prize.

2. The programme of The Winners Gala Concert will be mutually decided by The Jury and participants; however The Jury reserve the right to have the final decision and the participants will be obliged to adhere to this decision.

4. Section VIII of the Rules is replaced by the following:

VIII. COPYRIGHT AND PERSONAL DATA

1. The participants of The Competition agree to transfer their copyrights to artistic performances given in all the Stages of The Competition as well as during The Winners Gala Concert onto MCK SOKÓŁ in Nowy Sącz with a view to the performances being used in an unlimited way, both in time and space, and in the following fields:
a. recording done in all possible formats (photograph, audio, video),
b. copying on all audio and video carriers,
c. bringing into circulation
d. entering into computer memory and onto the Internet,
e. public performance,
f. exhibition,
g. renting and lending,
h. cable, satellite and wireless broadcast and rebroadcast.

2. The participants of The Competition also agree to:
a. have their images publicised in all photographic and recording formats with reference to their participation in all The Competition stages and The Winner Gala Concert;
b. have their personal data processed by MCK SOKÓŁ in connection with the organisation of The Competition and according to the statutory aims of The Competition (including the placement of the data on the MCK SOKÓŁ website).

Other provisions of the Rules remain unchanged.
